We currently serve all major cities across Alberta including Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray, Airdrie, Spruce Grove, and Leduc. We're expanding our network continuously — if you don't see your city, submit a request and we'll do our best to help.
How quickly can a technician arrive?

For emergency requests, we aim to dispatch a technician within 2–4 hours. For standard bookings, we offer same-day and next-day appointments depending on availability in your area. You'll receive a confirmation with your technician's estimated arrival time.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?

Yes — every technician on HVAC Pro holds an active Alberta Journeyman Certificate and carries a minimum of $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability insurance. We also verify WCB standing, criminal record checks, and Service Alberta licensing before any provider can accept jobs.
What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is handled directly between you and your technician after the job is completed. Most providers accept Visa, Mastercard, e-Transfer, and cash. Payment terms are confirmed during booking.
Can I request a specific technician?

Yes! If you've worked with a technician before and want to book them again, mention their name in the additional details field when submitting your request and we'll do our best to match you with them.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy with the work, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange for the issue to be resolved at no extra cost. You can reach us at arguskebede@icloud.com.
How does HVAC Pro verify its providers?

Every provider goes through a 5-point verification process: Alberta Journeyman Certificate, CGL insurance ($2M minimum), Service Alberta licensing, WCB clearance letter, and a criminal record check. Documents are reviewed manually before a provider is activated on our platform.
Is there a fee to use HVAC Pro as a customer?

No — booking through HVAC Pro is completely free for homeowners. You only pay the technician's service rate, which is agreed upon before any work begins.
